Consumer Guarantees
You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund if your item is faulty, not as described, or not of acceptable quality.
Change of Mind
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for store credit only, provided items are unworn, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, and sale items are final sale.
Return shipping costs for change of mind returns are the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or not as described, please contact us with your order number and photos.
We will provide a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Jewellery Care
The following are not considered faults:
General wear and tear
Tarnishing, fading, or scratches
Damage caused by water, perfumes, or improper care
Refunds
Approved refunds, where applicable, are issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Shipping
For change of mind returns, the customer covers shipping costs.
For faulty or incorrect items, we cover reasonable return shipping costs.
